Description

Surprise your sweet tooth with this protein-packed low FODMAP yogurt bark!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups lactose-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup low FODMAP granola
  • sprinkle brown sugar *optional

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt out evenly on the tray and sprinkle with blueberries, granola, and brown sugar. Cover the tray with plastic wrap and freeze for 4+ hours, then break into pieces to serve.
