What You Need
  • 0.5 cup crème fraîche (or lactose-free sour creme)
  • 2 tbsp chives (very thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices low FODMAP sourdough bread (toasted)
  • 8 oz smoked salmon (thinly sliced)
