This low FODMAP lemonade will keep you cool all summer long. With a fresh, clean taste, it will keep your taste buds and your tummy happy.
Combine the sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan and stir consistently until it comes to a boil. Remove the sugar mixture from the burner and allow it to cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes).
Once the sugar mixture has cooled, squeeze the lemon juice into a pitcher and add the sugar mixture and remaining water. Stir and refrigerate until cool. Serve chilled.
