Add all of the dry ingredients to your mug and stir to combine.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until a batter forms (make sure to scrape all the flour up from the bottom of the mug).
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. If you're feeling fancy, top your mug cake with some low FODMAP ice cream or fresh whipped cream!
